Not connected
Start with your existing Flo account. The pilot uses a Chrome extension and your official Flo sign-in. Public installation is being prepared; the local launcher sets up this connection for testing.
The Chrome Web Store release is being prepared.

Allow Cycle Bridge to receive the raw Flo response. It may include profile information, cycles, notes and events. The service prepares recorded period dates for your AI.
Sync Flo ↗ Disconnect
Your Flo credentials stay in this browser. A sync requires an available browser and a valid Flo session.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BRIDGE
Connect ChatGPT ↗ Let ChatGPT work with the history you choose to share.
AI access is off First, connect and sync Flo.
Allow MCP to read the current period dates. When I connect ChatGPT and request them, these dates may be sent to OpenAI and included in my chat.
Allow AI access ↗ Revoke AI access
Only start and end dates are shared through this tool. Every new sync needs a new approval.
Add to ChatGPT The local pilot uses a local MCP client. A public HTTPS address is needed for ChatGPT.
MCP server URL Copy
Add a custom connection in ChatGPT developer mode. Use this server URL, OAuth and client ID cycle-chatgpt. Sign in with the same Cycle Bridge account. Ask ChatGPT to read your recorded periods. Allowing access here does not automatically connect ChatGPT.
